This is an exciting online yoga teacher training program for advanced yoga positions. We will be reviewing the most advanced yoga poses so this is not for beginners. Our online yoga teacher training will teach you new yoga that you can teach in class.
Before you tune in for teacher traning start your meditation. Notice how your body feels right now. Are your shoulders a little hunched, is your jaw tight and clenched, or relaxed? Notice what you are thinking about, what your concerns and preoccupations are in this moment. What is the flavor of your thoughts? And your contact with the outside world: is there movement in the air, which touches your skin? Notice the feel of your body against a chair or cushion or the floor. Be in direct experience.
